My name is Chelsie Kelly, I am a Loan Specialist for Cascade Northern Mortgage, proudly serving the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Licensed in Oregon and Washington, I strive to always keep my clients informed through every step of the loan process; taking the pressure off of you so the experience is as seamless as possible. I will always enjoy being more than just a service provider to you and instead being a friend who guides you through the biggest purchase of your life.

When I am not being a loan officer, I am a full-time mom to my three small children. I also manage our Micro-Homestead in Sandy, Oregon, and love to be outdoors. I am blessed with the nature that surrounds us. We enjoy supporting local small businesses and finding new hobbies to keep the kids entertained.

Patty Waters, Loan Specialist

Hi, I'm Patty Waters. I'm not just a mortgage professional but a mom of 2 great kids, and a wife. I love all things outdoorsy in the beautiful northwest as well as cooking and playing board games with my family.

I have lived and grown up in Washington and Oregon most of my life (with 6 years interim in Indiana.) I have been in the mortgage industry for over 24 years and have watched our industry go from a hands-on, common-sense process to an automated process that is constantly evolving due to market changes. As a mortgage professional, I have worked on both the Wholesale and Retail side of the business. Having this experience and knowledge of the mortgage industry both locally and nationally helps me guide both new and current homeowners to the mortgage products that will best meet their long and short-term goals.
