Hi! I'm Sheila Eisert, a wife, mother, grandmother, businesswoman, and professional mortgage specialist serving Oregon and Washington for over 20 years.
I do what I love and I love what I do! Since my first day in the mortgage industry, I've been working hard to get clients just like you into the homes they've been dreaming about with the loans that are right for them.

There's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all mortgage - that's why I offer a wide variety of loan programs including FHA Loans, USDA Loans, Conventional Loans, VA Loans, and Jumbo Loans. I also bring a high level of customer service to help make your lending experience easy and stress-free.
Tuesdays are my favorite day of the week. I spend every Tuesday on the phone, reaching out to clients and agents throughout the day to discuss the status of each home loan. I enjoy checking in - making sure I'm available to answer any new questions or concerns that may have come up during the home loan process. Of course, if a borrower has questions any other day of the week, I welcome communication by phone, text, or email - and I pride myself on excellent response time.
Customer service is my top priority. The way I treat my clients is what keeps people referring their friends, family, and even their neighbors to me! When we work together to secure your home loan or refinance, our relationship doesn't end when you get the keys to your beautiful new house.
I check in with past clients yearly as well as my list of folks who are waiting for the right time to buy. I like to let them know what the current market conditions are, and where we are with interest rates. Frequently these informative calls lead to action for the people who've been waiting for the right time to dive into the real estate market. I also like to help clients plan goals for the new year like getting their credit score in order, working toward the down payment they need for their dream home, and more. This is a great time for me to ask for feedback on the work I've done and am doing with people so that I can continue to grow as a mortgage broker.
